Ol' Man Winter has made his presence known and bestowed upon us the opening of several North American winter resorts. From Killington to Mammoth, and Snowbird to Breck, some of the more geographically blessed have had the opportunity to get out and make the first turns of the season - as well as a few bonk-a-bonks.
