05401, U.S.A..
ELIGIBILITY
This contest is only open to legal residents of the continental United States (excluding RI) and Canada
(excluding Quebec). It is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Employees of Forum
and its respective parent, retailers, distributors, affiliates and their agents, advertising, promotion and
production agencies and their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings and spouses of
children or siblings) and household members are not eligible. Participants under the age of 18 must receive
permission from a parent or guardian to enter.
By attempting to submit an entry, you release Forum and its parent company, and their respective officers,
directors, employees, representatives, retailers, distributors, affiliates and their agents, advertising,
promotion and production agencies from all losses and any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages,
costs or expenses, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the contest, including without
limitation, property damage, criminal prosecution, personal injury and/or death, arising out of your
participation in this contest.
Failure to comply with all rules and regulations associated with the "Forum Manual Street Shred" contest
could result in disqualification from the "Forum Manual Street Shred" contest.

Submit an original photograph or of yourself urban snowboarding to forum@theprogram.com. This is the
only method of entry. Forum is not responsible for any lost, late, delayed, illegible, incomplete, mutilated,
or misdirected entries. Forum is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information caused by any
technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this contest.
ALL SUBMISSIONS
All registration materials, including forms, drawings, sketches, designs and photographs submitted during
this contest, are considered public domain. Forum reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, cancel, modify
or suspend this contest. Potentially offensive entries to the "Forum Manual Street Shred" will not be
considered. By submitting an entry you warrant that it is wholly original and does not infringe any
copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy or other proprietary right of any third party, union or guild.
Entrants in the contest agree to assign the rights, title and intellectual property rights in their submissions to
Forum as a condition of competing for a prize. Winner must sign all necessary documents to affect the
transfer of rights. You hereby give Forum the absolute right to use your response for any lawful purpose
whatsoever in any and all forms of media. You hereby waive any right that you may have to inspect or
approve the finished product(s), if any, that use your entry and any compensation resulting from the entry
you submit.
All entries are subject to verification. Any entry that is tampered with, counterfeited, illegible, mutilated,
reproduced, contains printing or other errors, obtained where prohibited or not obtained legitimately, is null
and void. In the event that production, seeding, printing or other errors cause more than the stated number
of prizes of any category to be claimed, Forum reserves the right to suspend delivery of prizes, without
prior notice.
SUBMISSION REVIEW
All entries must be received by 11:59 PM EDT on January 24, 2010.
A review of all completed registration forms and photographs will begin on or about January 25, 2010. All
submissions will be reviewed based on a combination of the following criteria: creativity/uniqueness;
quality of execution; and applicability to contest theme. Winners will be notified by email or Federal
Express on or about January 25, 2010. If a Prize Notification Letter or a Prize is returned as undeliverable,
the Prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing from among all
remaining eligible entries.
PRIZE AND ITS APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV")
There is one (1) prize, consisting of one (1) Forum Manual snowboard. Approximate retail value of the
prize is USD Five Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($500.00). The prize must be chosen from available stock.
Winner will be solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, license, fees or other costs. Forum
will ship prize to each winner via Federal Express at Forum's expense. Forum is not responsible for delays
in delivery of any prize. Winner shall bear all risk of loss to prize after it has been received. Forum is under
no obligation to provide winner with any other substitute prize. In the event a winner is or becomes
ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing from among
all remaining eligible entries.
Prize is non-transferable; no substitutions, exchanges, or product redemptions. Winner will be required to
execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release within fourteen (14) days of notification
or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
By participating in this contest, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules.
Participants agree that this contest is exclusively governed by the laws of the State of Vermont. Any claims
arising out of the contest shall be governed by Vermont law and may be brought only in a federal or state
court in Vermont. If any provisions of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all
remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
By accepting a prize, winner grants to Forum the right to use his/her name, likeness, hometown and
biographical information, for any lawful purpose, without further permission or compensation, except
where prohibited by law.
