Board Profiles

Powerful and Precise

GRANDPOPS

Pure Pop, True Stability. Introduced in The Honeypot last season, Grand Pops has vastly exaggerated pop zones that dramatically increase the surface area just inside the contact points at the nose and tail. These aggressive pop zones create an even larger platform to ollie from. When combined with the stability of a lower camber height between the feet, they deliver bigger, more powerful ollies.

POP CAMBER

More ollie pop. Featured on our urban boards, this profile has added Pop zones that increase the surface area just inside the contact points at the nose and tail. The Pop zones create a bigger area to ollie off, and that means bigger ollies. The increased surface also gives more to balance on when pressing, combined with a reduced camber height, and that means longer locked-in presses.

CAMBER

Control of power. A timeless profile that’s lively and aggressive, camber promotes precise control when charging mach speed, landing hard, or ollieing off the lip.

FLAT ROCKER

Rock Consistently. The Flat Rocker provides a loose playful feel at its contact points but offers a more stable platform between your feet. The stability comes from the flat zone between the feet, as the rocker zones just outside the bindings keep things fun. The kicked up tip and tail keep those edges "catch free”. This freestyle slayer came from the tech incubator, The Honeypot, so you know it’s the jam.

Forgiving and Playful

DoubleDog with Pop

Playful POP. If you dig that combo of playful and power that Double Dog gives you, your gonna love this twist of POP we gave it. Still offering that that forgiving playful ride with rocker sections between the feet and on the nose and tail, now adding zones of POP and spring just outside your feet. These added Pop zones provide additional surface area just inside the contact points at your nose and tail that allow you to really load up your nose and tail as you press into an Ollie or take off of a jump. Now the only problem is ollieing over the entire feature every time.

DoubleDog

Playful power. Prepared fresh, this delicious profile comes loaded with two great tastes in one. Camber sections located under each foot deliver power, pop and edge grip for charging fast and going big. Rocker sections between the feet, and in the nose and tail, keeping it a forgiving and playful ride. Add to the recipe a core profile with softer sections underneath the feet and poppy sections between the feet and in the nose and tail for all-day park laps.

ChillyDog with Pop

Playful, precise, and poppy. Featuring all the stability, predictability, and forgiving feel of Continuous Rocker, but with special focused Pop zones just outside of your stance. The core profile is matched with poppy sections in the nose and tail, softer between the feet. Load up the increased surface area in the nose or tail for ridiculous ollie power when you need a little extra to get you up and over.

Women's ChillyDog with Pop

Women’s-specific forgiveness. Finally a rocker built from the ground up with the female rider in mind. Providing tailored stability and predictability in a forgiving ride, this continuous rocker is built for women’s bodies. Women’s ChillyDog features a slightly lower rocker height and a softer core profile between the feet to accommodate female riders.

Additional Tech

Car Bomb Carbon Booms

Solid carbon space-frame inlays are positioned where critical ollie power is generated. Running from just outside the feet to the nose and tail of the board, these precisely machined carbon structures act as springs providing direct response with ollie height increasing energy return and edge drive.

Car Bombs

No carbon here, instead fiberglass is used to get you the POP. Positioned just outside the feet running to the nose and tail of the board, these fiberglass inlays get the job done. Perfect for sending those booters and launching that hip, just remember the speed check. BOOM!

Booter Boosters

Carbon strands strategically placed from under your foot to the nose and tail provide a direct response with better energy return and more boost for takeoffs and flat ollies. Take a look and find multiple strands of carbon in Booter Boosters NexTreme, for taking boosting to the next level.

Super Buttercup

Super Buttercup now provides greater lift to the contact points in the nose and tail off the snow. Providing an even more loose, catch-free ride, creating a mellow hull effect. Perfect for a day lapping the park and buttering the mountain or when some deep freshies come into play. There’s no need for Buttercup when you have Super Buttercup. Time to send it!

Spine of Power

Bringing consistent power for ollies, the Spine of Power is a tip to tail wood stringer that runs the length of the board. The best part about it, it has crazy maneuverability, due to the torsional glass around it that creates a dynamic feel. Don’t be so spineless, get out there and ride.

Swingers Club

We precisely shave the tip and tail of the wood core to save weight without sacrificing durability. This makes the board spin faster and float with less effort when the snow beckons. Join the club and swing with us.

Beveled Edges

No need to take that stone to your edges anymore. All our urban—and some select park—decks come pre-ground right off the rack. Forget catching your edge on that rusty rail or that rutted-out transition, as this 3-degree slant will give you the confidence to stomp the double kink first try.

Bad Ass Materials

All our urban decks come fully reinforced with a complete package of stronger, more durable solid wood cores, crack-proof glass, and tougher, thicker edges that stand up to the abuse of cement, wood, and metal urban riding. And remember that the name is Bad Ass, not Fat Ass—these materials are still light and poppy.

Cores

Really Light

The lightest, strongest, and poppiest core in the arsenal, built using 64% Sustainable Lightweight Wood with beech inlays to beef up stability underfoot and add a bit more spring for only the Holiest of boards.

Super GnarLE

With Sustainable Lightweight Wood at the nose and tail, this light core reduces swing weight for faster spin cycles. 25% SLW, and 20% lighter than a GnarLE Core, this core is also filled with sex. Grainbelt reinforcement adds extra stomping strength under the bolts.

GnarLE

Alternating aspen with 18% Sustainable Lightweight Wood stringers, this core provides both a lively ride and powerful ollie. Grainbelt technology adds snap-resistant strength in the critical impact zone between the bindings.

Gnar

This first member of the Gnar family is made entirely of high-grade aspen. The lightweight, vertical wood laminates reduce overall board weight while still providing a responsive ride. Grainbelt technology adds critical strength under the bindings.

Popular

The freestyle feel of poplar laminates makes this a popular core with mass appeal. Light, flexible, and forgiving, with more pop than foam, this core brings the smooth and predictable rip of natural wood to the shredding masses.

Bad Ass

Featured in our urban decks, this core is meant to take a beating. It’s strong and durable without adding weight and it still maintains a lively ride. Beefed up under each foot with high strength-to-weight wood for better durability where you need it most.

Grainbelt

Grainbelt construction gives every Forum core ten times more compression strength than a standard core. This method utilizes the grain under the binding inserts to fortify boards against snap or crackle when stomping landings, overshooting transitions, or finding hidden treasures.

Sustainable Lightweight Wood

This harvested wood grows four times faster than standard evergreen and features a greater strength-to-weight ratio than trees growing free in nature. It's lightweight and we don't have to clear-cut patches of forest to get it.

Laminates

Light Triax with Carbon

By layering thin strips of carbon fiber over a Light Triax laminate, this lay-up configuration adds extra spring to ollies and increased tip-to-tail response.

Light Triax

Constructed to give a smooth flex from tip to tail and stability from rail to rail, Light Triax glass provides a smooth and lively feel fine-tuned to freestyle riding.

Biax

With a configuration to make any board smooth, forgiving, and fun to ride, Biax is constructed with strands that crisscross at a 90-degree angle.

Bad Ass Glass

Featured in our urban boards and built to withstand life on the streets, Bad Ass Glass features a unique layup that is 20% stronger then anything previously developed. All this added strength without any extra weight or sacrificing flex.

Foot Steer Triax

A new glass layup that offers longitudinal snap and pop with a softer torsional feel. This offers a more playful feel with increased response and flexibility. All coming together for enhanced maneuverability.

Bases

Really Fast

The name says it all. This base is pre-injected with formulated wax deep into the sintered pores. Absorbing and retaining maximum amounts of fluorocarbon waxes for a life of charging full-speed ahead and never looking back.

Formula

The sintered base will get you up to speed and off the lip faster, so casing the knuckle is no longer a problem. Go fast and go big with this special formula.

FreeBase

Get high on this smokin’ base. The slick material waxes easy for speed, emphasizes die-cut graphics, and protects the core from getting worked on run-outs though the parking lot.

0-60 Base

Found on our urban boards, this base is all about acceleration down the drop-in and getting up to speed quickly. It doesn’t have the highest top-end speed, but it will get you to the lip in a short distance faster than anything else. Plus, it’s tough and stands up to metal, stairs, and cement ledges.
